Dawn is a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. 

Dawn earned her Bachelors of Arts from McMaster university in 1994. After 5 years of travelling the world she returned to Ontario to follow her passion for health and wellness by completing her diploma in Massage Therapy at the Canadian Therapeutic College.  She spent the following years training to become a certified Stott Pilates instructor where she taught both private and group classes alongside her massage therapy practice. 

Having worked as a RMT with the team at Headon Wellness for over 20 years, Dawn felt the desire to expand her knowledge and skills by embarking on a new professional journey.  After taking multiple courses in the field of Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST), Dawn completed her Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Practice (DOMP) at the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy.  With years of study and experience, she seamlessly blends these complementary modalities into her massage therapy practice to better meet her clients’ needs.

Dawn is grateful for the support of her loyal clientele throughout her ongoing training and finds her new skills effective in the treatment of not only their physical injuries and illness but also their mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression. 

Dawn finds a work-life balance by spending her free time being active skiing and mountain biking with her boys while enjoying quiet time knitting, meditating, and practicing yoga.
