The Dangers of Forward Head Posture
The head moves forward shifting the body's centre of gravity. To compensate for the weight shift, the upper body drifts backward. The pelvis eventually tilts forward, completing the compensatory changes in posture. Forward head posture is a problem for most people and is caused by a lifetime of sitting, bending over and slouching.
